Ferrari\" (obvious fake name, overcompensating for his short comings) from Computer Hospital. Oh but it gets worse, read on. This person \"S Ferrari\" is truly a liar, con artist, and a thief. Read his review responses below and you will notice his long sociopathic overly aggressive attacks against anyone who leaves a negative review. And at the same time, he never thanks anyone who leaves a positive review. This store should be avoided at all costs. He truly has zero conscience and zero compassion. No heart. I have caught him lying to me to my face, in person at the store numerous times. He will say he has a certain item in stock, and stall you saying it will take a few days, he will then order it online, and then up-charge you double against what he paid for it. Or, he will \"repair\" some old broken piece and pass it off as new, which then dies after a week of use. And don\'t even think of asking for a refund, because he will never part with a single penny. He will also steal your credit card info and personal info and use it maliciously, and then claim he has no idea what you are talking about. I checked and the Toronto police service is well aware of him. \"S Ferrari\" is a true thief and should be avoided at all costs. I 100% believe he is a pathological liar. One thing thieves and con artists do that is a dead give away is they get overly defensive when their lies and scams are pointed out by their victims (see his 1 star review responses below) and, they also go out of their way to reiterate up front just how trustworthy they are to throw you off. And with that in mind, what is the motto of computer hospital? \"PC service & sales you can trust\". Nothing could be further from the truth. Do yourself a favour and stay far away from this store.
